有沒有人要告訴我怎麼申請綠卡。雖然空氣沒有加拿大清新，水沒有加拿大清澈，可是我現在馬上立刻想移民過去啦！尤其是Portland，大至噴射機小至吹風機都不用稅，那是一個什麼樣的世界？一秒鐘也好，我好想呼吸一下不用稅的空氣。

為什麼妞妞這麼不想當加拿大人呢？一切都是因為Sephora FF SALE is invalid for Canadian checkouts.

以下是妞妞的拼命血淚史：（沒時間的就不用聽妞妞爆發了）

昨天晚上妞妞發揮無敵的里長母精神，招團招了6個女孩兒，一共16樣東西，將近美金600塊。
一切看起來是那麼的美好，12點一到，妞妞馬上摩拳擦掌結帳，

結果...............

因為太多人同時按下"結帳"...官網爆了...

這就算了，從那一秒鐘開始，妞妞就秉持著再接再厲的精神，從12點試到早上4點半。
而且是2台電腦 + 1支iphone，三管齊下。

結果...............

天都要亮了，妞妞卻屢試"不爽" （此為錯誤的成語用法示範）。

以下的留言大概出現了有100次：

我看到那個Sorry, GORGEOUS! 青筋都要爆了你知道嗎？

好不容易成功了...結果...很奇怪的事情發生了...

我的購物車裡有一個奇怪的幽靈商品。

一個價值美金$65的商品，可是我完全看不到它在哪裡，也沒辦法移除它。

也就造成了我...無法結帳的事實...

在那一個一瞬間...我的腦袋空白了...隨之而來的就是燒不完的怒火！！！！！！

所以今天一早覺也沒睡就先去練車（後天要考Class 5），然後去上完課就瞬間打給Sephora了。

妞：「Hi! I was trying to place an order through your website but there was an invisible item in my shopping cart

which was absolutely impossible to remove. Therefore, I still can't complete my order. Would you please remove that

item for me?」

S客服：『Yea! I just need your e-mail and I would be back in a sec!』

（５分鐘後）

S客服：『Our system is currently experiencing technical difficulties so unfortunately, I cannot access into your

account at this moment.』

妞：「(*怒火中燒*) I have been working on this order for almost 5 hours last night that I didn't get any sleep at

all and now you are telling me that you cannot do anything about it?」

S客服：『umm...if you want I can start a new order for you right now if you have your shopping list on hand...』

妞：「I was trying so hard because of the FF SALE, if you place the order for me through the phone, will you still

be able to use the promotion code?」

S客服：『Yea! For sure!』

妞：「The other thing is that I am actually a Canadian shopper, do you know if the code is valid for Canadian

checkouts?」

S客服：『I am actually not sure, but we can try!』

(然後妞妞就花了10分鐘跟她解釋我要買的東西，又花了30分鐘等她打訂單，等到一片Pizza都吃完了。)

S客服：『Thank you so much for waiting! I just want to tell you that FF SALE does not apply on Canadian checkouts.

』

妞：「(*爆發爆發爆發*) Since I spent 5 hours trying to place an order last night and I spent an hour talking to you

 for nothing, why can't you just make an exception for me? I would feel a lot better if you guys can compensate me

in any way.」

S客服：『I do apologize but the system won't allow me to do anything like that.』

妞：「Ok thank you... (*用力用力掛電話*)」

半小時去問一個問題，他們的客服都在幹麼！！！！！
氣爆氣爆我了，我前前後後花了好多好多時間和精力，都浪費了。唉

 後言：在FF SALE開始之前妞妞爬了好多文，有看到兩個人說今年會是第一次加拿大也可以參與的FF SALE，沒想到還是被騙了。給2010的加拿大Sephora愛用者，不要再像妞妞空歡喜一場了，我想暫時11月的FF SALE都沒有我們的份。聽說4月份有只有加拿大的Sale然後是會從e-mail寄給beauty insiders。還有加拿大其實也有FF SALE可是只給他們的員工，所以真的受不了的就去店裡交幾個朋友看他們願不願意幫你買吧！

嘆氣言：我的皮膚沒有Jurlique都要乾了，Sephora都不讓我買。（*淚奔*）
